At KBDfans, we strive for perfection in every keystroke; however, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible mechanical keyboard components within 7 days of delivery in their original, unused condition.
Submit a Support Ticket
Contact our customer support team via the official KBDfans website or Discord to initiate your return request and provide your order number.
Verification and Approval
Our technical team will review your request to ensure the items are eligible for return, checking that PCBs have not been soldered and kits are unassembled.
Secure Packaging
Once approved, pack the items securely in their original packaging, including all switches, stabilizers, and accessories to prevent damage during transit.
Shipping and Refund
Ship the package to our designated warehouse address; once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method minus shipping fees.
